Adventure Club: Mojiko Port to Karato Fish Market, January 20th
On January 20th (Sat), the Adventure Club visited Mojiko in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture and Karato Market in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
We took the trolley train “Shiokaze-go” from “Kyushu Railway Museum Station” to “Kanmon Kaikyo Mekari Station” and headed for Kanmon Pedestrian Tunnel.
After disembarking the train, we walked through the 780-meter-long undersea tunnel to Karato Market, where we enjoyed fresh seafood dishes!
Unfortunately it was raining, but the participating students enjoyed the tunnel under the sea and the bustling Karato Market!
